This is to update meta descriptions and track SEO page insights for BigCommerce. Service cost is $19.95 per month. This is pretty essential with updating meta descriptions in BigCommerce. We already have the basic FavSEO model installed. Call me to order the full version so I can work with it again.
2. Live Chat –
Since more customers are using online, having great service is optimal. Live chat is recommended to take care of customer satisfaction. Live Chat is $16 plugin per month. There is also a FB live chat version for free
3. Better Coupon Box –
Allows custom popups for coupon boxes and increased customer loyalty. This is an improvement from what you might be used to. Better coupon box is free
4. Google Reviews App –
Allows Google reviews to be placed directly from BigCommerce to improve your rating and address customer issues. Google reviews app is $4.99 per month
5. Google Shopping App –
This app will automatically add all of your existing products and categories into a Google shopping feed which you can then add to Google Merchant Center. It takes a bit of work to get it all connected correctly but the results are stupendous. I recommend connecting with support if you have questions or looking at tutorials online like Youtube.

Worth adding as some products would be available to advertise or sell through Facebook. Similar to the Google shopping app and free up to 10K products.
7. Google Analytics Integration –
This functionality is already built into BigCommerce. You can access this now by going into Advanced Settings-> Web Analytics, then check “Google Analytics” option. You will need to create a new Google Analytics account if you do not have one and add your Google Analytics tag here; this is a number that starts with “UA-xxxxxxxxx”
8. Youtube Videos –
Yes it is true, if you have an e-commerce store making your own product videos or linking up with existing influencers is essential. This is a great way to build relationships and get your website and products seen by a dedicated audience. Look for videos similar to your products and reach out to local experts who would be a good partner.
9. Page Analytics –
Google Analytics has an app available for the Chrome browser that is called page analytics. This extension allows you to see your most clicked links on your website. From there, you can derive what links are working and where no one clicks to improve UI experience. The Page Analytics Chrome extension is free.

Is an app that gives you visual heatmaps that shows where your customers are clicking on your pages. I am a fan of heatmaps as a visual data tool to see what links are working and what are not. Similar data can be found using Google analytics plugin but it does miss where people are actually all going toward at once.
