Thanks to all the clients and newcomers for these great questions. Watch the Video Newsletter below for more detailed answers. Here they are.
- How do I calculate ROI? How is lead calculated?
To calculate the ROI of digital ads, you need to track the following metrics:
- Ad spend: The total amount of money you spent on digital ads.
- Conversions: The number of desired actions that users took on your website or landing page after clicking on your ad. This could be a purchase, a signup for a newsletter, or a download of a white paper.
- Conversion value: The average value of each conversion. This is how much money you make from each customer who takes the desired action.
Once you have this information, you can use the following formula to calculate your ROI:
ROI = (Conversion value * Conversions - Ad spend) / Ad spend * 100%
For example, let’s say you spent $1000 on digital ads and generated 100 conversions worth $10 each. Your ROI would be calculated as follows:
ROI = ($10 * 100 - $1000) / $1000 * 100% = 900%
This means that you made 9 times more money from your digital ad campaign than you spent.
It is important to note that ROI can vary widely depending on the industry, the type of digital ads you use, and your target audience. However, a good rule of thumb is to aim for an ROI of at least 5:1. This means that you should make $5 for every $1 you spend on digital ads.
Here are some tips for improving your ROI on digital ads:
- Target your ads carefully. Make sure you are showing your ads to people who are most likely to be interested in your product or service.
- Use relevant keywords. When you are creating your ad campaigns, choose keywords that are relevant to your target audience and the products or services you offer.
- Write compelling ad copy. Your ad copy should be clear, concise, and persuasive. It should also be relevant to the keywords you are targeting.
- Test different ad formats and placements. Experiment with different ad formats and placements to see what works best for your target audience.
- Track your results regularly. It is important to track the results of your digital ad campaigns so that you can see what is working and what is not. This will help you to improve your campaigns over time.
If you are struggling to improve your ROI on digital ads, you may want to consider working with a digital marketing agency like Kow Abundant. They can help you to create and manage effective ad campaigns that will reach your target audience and generate results.

Here are some tips for completing the Google Ads advertiser verification process:
- Make sure that the information you submit is accurate and complete.
- If you are a business entity, such as a corporation or LLC, you will need to provide documentation that proves your legal existence. This could include a certificate of incorporation or a business license.
- If you are advertising on behalf of another business, you will need to provide documentation that proves your authorization to do so. This could be a letter of authorization from the business owner or a contract.
Once your business has been verified, you will have access to certain features and benefits that are not available to unverified businesses. For example, you will be able to run ads for more sensitive products and services, such as financial services and healthcare products.
- What is the deadline for most accounts before they could be suspended without Advertiser verification?
According to Google Bard, The deadline for most accounts before they could be suspended without Advertiser verification is October 17, 2023. This policy will impact some advertisers, but not all. Advertisers who are on monthly invoicing are not required to complete Advertiser verification and may directly appeal their account suspension. We are encouraging our clients to verify by October 10th or prior to be safe. The earlier the better so do it now.
